- Profile information: Brokerage name, phone number, license number, and branding preferences
- Property data: Subject property details, comparable sales data, MLS exports, and photos you upload to generate CMA reports
- Client information: Names and contact details of your clients that you optionally include in CMA reports
- Payment information: Billing details processed through Stripe (we do not store your full credit card number)
- Communications: Messages you send to us via email or support channels
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, CMA reports generated, and interaction patterns
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device identifiers
- Log data: IP address, access timestamps, referring URLs, and error logs
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Generate CMA reports based on the data you upload, including AI-powered analysis and adjustments
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts)
- Improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Stripe

3.2 Supabase

3.3 Anthropic (Claude AI)
We use Anthropic's Claude AI models to analyze comparable sales data, calculate adjustments, and generate market narratives. Property data included in your CMA reports is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy
3.4 Vercel

4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account or request deletion
- CMA reports: Retained until you delete them or your account is closed
- Payment records: Retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations
- Server logs: Automatically purged after 90 days
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed and stored on servers located in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on the standard contractual clauses and privacy frameworks of our service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, Vercel) to ensure adequate data protection.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service.
